💼 Past Experience

BackgroundOmeir R was born in Senegal in 1984. He has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Dakar and a PhD in Chemistry from Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). After completing his doctorate, Omeir R moved to Belgium to work as a Post-Doctor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Lille. There he worked on a variety of research projects, in particular in portable water treatment, waste reduction and energy storage. In 2016, he moved to the United Kingdom to work at Schlumberger. Here he worked on a range of projects in the areas of drilling and measurement, petrophysics, polymorphs and dystrophy, and Process Simulation. In 2017, he moved to the United States to work at BASF. Here he worked on a range of projects in the areas of oil and gas technology, process optimization, and characterization.

Omeir R is an engineer with a background in chemical engineering. Omeir R obtained his BEng from United Arab Emirates University in 2013 and his Master's degree from The University of Toledo in January 2019.Omeir R has worked as a contractor for various companies around the UAE, having located at several locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Omeir R is currently based in Abu Dhabi.
