I began my career at Schneider Electric in 1993 in the commercial organization in France then moved to different roles in Sales management and Marketing.
In 2001, I have been appointed as Secretary of the Executive Committee and Global Company Program Vice President then I moved in 2003 to China to hold position of Final Low Voltage Activity Director then head of Strategy and Marketing Director for overall China in 2006.
In 2008, I moved to India to become Managing Director & Country President of Schneider Electric locally.
End of 2012, I have been appointed Executive Vice President of the Retail Division globally then Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee since September 2014.
