Nishanth Gandhidoss has worked in a variety of different positions where she has had the opportunity to use her skills in data analysis and machine learning. Nishanth is currently working as a Data Scientist II at Ultimate Software in Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area. Nishanth first got interested in data analysis when she started working at Capital One as a Graduate Research Assistant in August 2016. Nishanth researched different reinforcement learning and deep RL methods to leverage its capabilities for developing intelligent agents to better our customer experience. Nishanth also worked on developing a lightgbm model to predict customer's payment, rewards, and declines intent when they call us to our customer care. Nishanth then migrated a model from SAS to Python to predict whether a customer will pay after charge-off. Nishanth also worked on the production line to have a closer understanding of the production workflow to improve the backtracking system functionality. Nishanth next worked at L&T Infotech in India from June 2014 to June 2016. Nishanth formulated customers purchasing trends using sentiment analysis over unstructured data to categorize most profitable products. Nishanth also conducted research and tracked trends relative to products and segments by performing Time Series Analysis. Nishanth then predicted customer payments patterns using Random Forest to provide customized payment options for the customers and acted as a turnaround specialist for www.nxp.com. Nishanth also handles the web analytics part of www.nxp.com which has nearly 40 applications using Adobe Web analytics calls from javascript on the client side and Java on the server side. Nishanth also worked on developing a reselling platform for the users who develop products using our customer's product and allowing them to sell on our site.
