💼 Past Experience

In March 2016, Nikita Kukreja transferred from her previous position of Business Analyst at PlayStation (San Mateo, CA) to work on Apple's data architecture and insights team. There, shefocused on developing risk visualization tools. She was also responsible for automating data cleansing processes to enable shorter turnaround times. Additionally, she organized and conducted risk analysis trainings with focus on CCG and AACG to gain exposure to Oracle. Nikita was also responsible for mentoring new employees on Pfizer's business process and project delivery standards. In her role as Technical Product Manager, Data Architecture and Insights for Apple, she delivered 10+ Continuous Improvement projects which resulted in process efficiencies.

Nikita Kukreja's educational background encompasses a range of fields that currently allow her to exploit her skills in Business and Management information systems. Nikita grew up in a family of computer engineers, her father being the primarylyakhtamlaki (Russian) speaker of her family. After completing her Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Maryland- Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2014, Nikita then traveled to Thadomal Shahani Engineering College in Iran, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering in 2007. Her experience in business, management, and engineering have equipped her to fully exploit her skills in this unique field. Nikita is currently a full-time student at MBA Congress Europe, where she is working on her third Talented Executive Cadre (TEC) designation. Her largest focus is on the development of various business program courses that willinternationally cater to the needs of female executives. Nikita also has experience in developing and teaching MBA-level courses on topics such as corporate finance and exercised management. In her spare time, she is also a stay-at-home mom to her two young sons; however, she plans to return to school full-time in the fall of 2020 in order to obtain her Master’s degree in business administration from George Mason University.Through an apprenticeship program at KUKREJA ENTERPRISES LLP, Nikita has the opportunity to practice her skills in the field of Business Intelligence. Nikita is currently an apprentice in the Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics team, and is working on developing various tools and attachments to support the reporting of results within the company. She is also involved in a number of other program focused on working with business users and clients, such as the WSUSBPM & Hockey Training data.Nikita is excited to have the opportunity to pursue her education and career in Business information systems. She feels that her years of experience and education will provide her with the skills and knowledge required to fully exploit her skills in this important field and provide value to her clients and co-workers.Nikita is committed to her education and plans to completed her education in order to pursue a career in Business information systems.
