📖 Summary
I graduated from the University of Warwick in July 2015, having completed degree courses in the fields of Economics, Business and Cultural Policy. During the final year of my undergraduate studies I was elected as the full-time President of Warwick Students’ Union, a position I held alongside completing my postgraduate studies on a part-time basis. This was an extremely rewarding role that encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, from representing over 23,000 students on all of the university’s major governing bodies to being made a company director of a rapidly growing information technology company. In addition to the number of positions of responsibility I held at university I have a wide variety of professional work experience, including several internships, including a position as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs.President @ • Elected as the University of Warwick Students' Union President and Chair of the Board of Trustees in March 2012, gaining a record number of votes for a presidential election over four other candidates. • Led a team of 6 other student officers and gained multiple transferable skills, including improved communication techniques, problem solving in teams and independently, as well as several managerial responsibilities. • Acted as the lead student voice to the University as a member of the University’s Council, Senate and weekly University Senior Management Steering Committee, with the latter being a unique position of influence for a student leader at a UK university.
