Could you tell me about your most notable customer service experience?I have had a few memorable customer service experiences. One was when I was a Food & Beverage Manager at a private restaurant. Igregory took a liking to me so I was given credit for training as a Food & Beverage Manager. Igregory promotes itself as one of the best private restaurants in the area, and I appreciated the opportunity to work there. IVY used to be a great place to work, too, but their management changed a few years ago and they no longer offer training or customer service.
