Experimentation Product Owner @ Alongside my current Digital Channels Manager role I am also a New Digital Tools Product Owner at CommBank. The role has been developed in order to ensure we are piloting the latest technology and digital tools available in order to keep us an industry leader in technology and customer experience.
Working with the Digital Channels Leadership Team I drive the development and strategic road map for new digital tools and technology the bank could be utilizing to assist in enhancing business processes and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include managing a scrum team to ensure we are hitting our sprint goals, piloting, testing and engaging with new technology platforms and vendors as well as working with security, risk, compliance, legal and stakeholders across the business to on-board new vendors and roll out the operational process and change management through the business. Web / Managing major web development projects such as redesigning the homepage and mobile optimising the Opera House website. Strategic projects to enhance the customer experience include A/B testing and optimisation of the e-commerce pathway, user experience testing and implementation across the site, analytics and data integrity implementation and development of major festival sites such as Vivid LIVE and the Opera House 40th Birthday.
Mobile / Bringing Sydney Opera House to life in the mobile space. Maximising channels and optimising content for users across mobile platforms. This has included the launch of the Sydney Opera House iPhone app, mobile optimising the Opera House website and several mobile web microsites for marque festivals.
Innovation / Project managing technology partnership activations. These have included the Samsung UGC campaign to project users photos onto the Opera House sails for the launch of their new Galaxy S4 phone.
I also created the concept and managed the JCDecaux campaign to showcase their 'Innovate outdoor digital screens' through connecting real time feeds from Facebook. This allowed audiences around the City to interact, find and 'Like' their content. The campaign was also rolled out across web and mobile.
Email / Developing strategy through analysis to ensure email continues to be a core revenue driver of ticket sales.
I have built up strong relationships with many of our partners and suppliers including Samsung, JCDecaux, Google, Apple and Facebook.

/ Australian Marketing Institute Digital Marketing team of the year 2012 From September 2011 to May 2014 (2 years 9 months) Sydney Area, AustraliaDigital Product & Innovation Manager @ My role at World Vision UK was to develop a sustaining mid level donor programme with the ability to expand and manage this segment efficiently.
To successfully reach this outcome a full segmentation data analysis as well as quantitative and qualitative market research was conducted to fully understand drivers, behaviour and communication preferences to hearing from World Vision.
The fundamental outcome of the role was to develop and implement a mid level donor strategy and programme for World Vision allowing them to create the best possible donor experience whilst focusing on achieving a successful ROI.
This was successfully achieved through developing a bespoke online platform for supporters to engage with the area they are supporting on a deeper, more personal level. Working and managing agency partners, my role was to ensure this programme was successfully developed internally and launched externally.
The product was developed from end to end (logo and branding through to web development and launch).
