My background in hospitality is a valuable asset when it comes to managing or leading an Umu Restaurant. In general I have a strong understanding of both food and business aspects of the restaurant. I've also worked extensively in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. In that time, I've learned a lot about how to run a successful restaurant.As General Manager at Umu Restaurant, I'll be responsible for all aspects of the operation. This means from planning operations to managing staff to ensuring that Guests are treated well. I'll also work with Chef to develop and execute strategies for Continuous Day Success.I'm excited to be joining Umu Restaurant as their General Manager.
