Senior Product Manager - Laundry @ Responsible for the commercial management, strategic planning and full product management of a focus category for the business. Grew market share from 1.9% to 12.1% in less than two years, whilst improving profitability and API. Management of a substantial marketing budget, including implementation of a multi-million pound TV campaign. Experience of search, digital and print campaigns, in addition to retail display development and installations specifically tailored to the customer journey. Line-management and coaching of three direct reports. Developed new tools and processes to improve communication efficiency and category performance that have subsequently been adopted by other categories within the business. From April 2013 to Present (2 years 9 months) Product Manager @ Responsible for the product management of Samsung Cooking Appliances, including built-in appliances and freestanding microwaves. Full control of a significant marketing budget and monitoring of the P&L. Experience of running major projects across the full marketing mix, including sole control of a high-profile endorsement deal with Jamie Oliver and subsequent marketing campaign.
