I led the transformation of a retail & entertainment agency of the provincial government. My role was to develop, sell, and deliver Supply Chain consulting services to public and private sector organizations in the areas of inbound/offshore, operations, outbound, inventory, customer service, procurement & LCCS, purchasing, returns and reverse/service logistics, cost-to-serve and product/sccount/channel profitability. I led several private sector engagements in these areas. Involved developing and managing Global,European, and French alliances with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Ouroumoff & Ass. (now a CSC company), GSI/ADP, and others.
