From December 2012 to Present (3 years 1 month) Community Manager @ ⢠Managed online communities for various consumer brands, multinational organizations, and non-profit groups across a variety of social platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Socialcam, Wordpress, and Pinterest. ⢠Continuously monitored various metrics to determine the effectiveness of social platforms via Salesforce Radian 6 software, to ensure successful implementation of long-term strategic planning.
