💼 Past Experience

Niall W's professional experiences go back to 2006 when he was first appointed as the Regional Business Development Manager - APAC Data Centres & Building Commissioning at CAI. He has since then been involved in a number of different businesses, including being the Head of Sales and Business Development Asia at ProActiv Sports Asia from February 2019 to August 2020. In this role, he has had the opportunity to develop and grow businesses in multiple industries, including: data centres, construction, power and Infrastructure Asia, and new business development. He has also played a key role in developing and implementing business strategies androwth plans for these businesses. He is also highly experienced in surveying, selling and HRM.

🎓 Education

Niall W has 4 years of engineering/geodetic surveying experience. This experience comes from holding a BSc, Mineral Surveying and Resource Management Project Management from The University of Glamorgan in 2002-2003, and Engineering/Geodetic Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology in 1998-2001. With this experience, Niall W has a strong foundation to work with mapping and surveying.

Niall W has over fifteen years of experience in various engineering disciplines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ulster, and a Master in Civil Engineering from Monash University. He is also a member of the Australasian Geological Society and the Geological Society of Victoria.He started his career in data centres, working as a Project Leader in the construction industry. He then moved on to the Consulting side, working with clients in the construction and insurance sectors. He also worked in sales and marketing during this time.In his new business development role, he worked with clients in the Singapore PRIndustry of Construction. He gained experience in Sales and CRM, and started to develop business strategy and execute sales campaigns. He also worked on project management, engineering surveying, and strategic planning for the new business. In addition, he also worked on renewable energy projects.He next moved on to GEospatial, working as a Regional Project Lead for the Asia-Pacific region. He developed and managed a team of professionals to complete a wide range of projects, from developing market research to designing and constructing projects. He also acted as a lead consultant for surveying and designing the surveying and construction project for the Singapore Dewan Rakyat Stadium.Niall W currently works as a Senior Consultant for the construction industry, working with clients in the construction, power, and infrastructure sectors.
