I am an Electronics Engineer with more than ten years of professional experience working in the Power Electronics field. I have made my career as an Engineer at TDI Power. I started as Reliability Enhancement Engineer in the area of failure analysis. Due to my performance as reliability engineer, I was promoted to the design department were I have been working to develop new products for customers such as Cisco Systems, Kulicke and Soffa, Inc among others. As a result of my experience interacting with multidisciplinary groups and coordinating the effort to provide customers with a product that met their expectations, I was promoted to the position of Principal Engineer. In this position, I have been able to explore and refine my project management skills by leading an engineering group. In addition, I have moved from commercial/industrial applications into liquid cooled automotive applications (both military and commercial) with customers such as GTV, Oshkosh and Tesla Motors Inc. My group is responsible for the design of the newest liquid cooled product line called LiquaCore® which has been successfully deployed in field applications. I lead by example and get the job done to the customer's satisfaction.
I have my mind open to learn and experiment with new technologies, a strong sense of ethics, common sense, and the ability to adapt to new work environments. In addition, I have been member of different discipline teams and work groups always with successful accomplishment of our goals.
