before starting his own business- ELEVATION TO HUMANITY in 2006.In 2006, Nelson Els founded and CEO at ELS-GLOBAL Financial where he is currently a Dynamic Speaker and Personal Development Teacher. He has held various management roles in various businesses since January2005 starting with Els Consultancy (now shari Consulting N.V.) in January 2005 through January 2010. He has also been a Managing Director at shari Consulting N.V. from January 2005 to January 2010 where he was a Certified Team Member. Nelson Els has also been providing consultancy services to human resources /recruitment from January 2005 to January 2010. He is also a Certified Team Member at The John Maxwell Team.

🎓 Education

Nelson Els is a new graduate of the M.I.L. School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Curacao, where he learned the basics of the profession. With the help of his teachers and a few lucky experiences, he quickly made the switch from student to professional. He has since worked in various media outlets in Curacao, United States and UK.Nelson has a degree in journalism and mass communication from the St. Thomas College Curacao, which he secured in 2013. He has been working in the media industry for the last three years and has had the opportunity to work in a variety of different outlets. His most recent stop was working as the assistant managing editor at the Brit newspaper, the Daily Mail Curacao. Here, he was responsible for editing, writing and producing The Mail's morning and afternoon editions.Nelson has a great passion for the media and loves working in a variety of different outlets. He is confident and happy in his work and is always looking to learn new things. He is also an excellent communicator, working well with others and exhibiting great problem-solving skills. Nelson is an confident and motivated individual who is always looking to improve his skills and progress in the profession.
