From January 2014 to Present (2 years) Co-Founder @ We help those living in urban slums gain access to clean water technologies through novel retail models. Started a pilot store in one of the largest slums in the world (Dharavi). Trying to push the needle forward on advocacy & resource sharing re: clean water. From May 2010 to Present (5 years 8 months) Founder @ Consignd allows anyone to retail. We're changing the retail infrastructure from the ground up by allowing content publishers to sell directly from brands. From July 2012 to 2013 (1 year) Organizer @ TEDxCollegeHill is about transformative ideas for the future of health. It was a first-of-its-kind collaboration between schools of medicine, design, and public health. From November 2011 to May 2012 (7 months) Providence, Rhode Island AreaResearcher @ Worked with a team of fellow undergraduates in a student-run lab to develop a novel way of detecting the presence of toxins in water using bacterial sensors. Won Best Project in the Environmental Track at the MIT iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machines) World Competition. From January 2008 to November 2008 (11 months) Research Associate @ Was a research associate in the NASA Robotics Academy at Goddard Space Flight Center working with PI John Vranish on a project involving Walk & Roll Mobility.
