Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Carnival Cruise Line: Neil Palomba has been with Carnival Cruise Line since January 2014, and has responsibility for all operational areas including sales, marketing, information technology, accounting, passenger services, inventory and yield management as well as all activities related to the operation of the ships based in the Caribbean and increased passenger sourcing for all other worldwide itineraries. In his previous roles at Carnival Cruise Line, Palomba reported to CEO of MSC Cruises USA (Inc.), and was responsible for four operating units: the Hotel and Deck Department, the New Building Department, the Ports and Infrastructure Sub-Committee, and the President’s Office. Palomba also held various positions on board MSC Cruises Ships in the Hotel and Deck Department, and also reported to Worldwide CEO/Owner.Before joining Carnival Cruise Line, Palomba held various positions at Costa Crociere Foundation, most notably President from February 2015-July 2020. At Costa Crociere, Palomba was responsible for all aspects of the construction of the new MSC Lirica ship and for negotiations with port and government authorities to form strategic alliances. Palomba has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Costa Crociere Foundation for three years.Palomba has a degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
