💼 Past Experience

Nav Iq holds a BSc in psychology from the University of Birmingham, and a Master’s degree in business from Pembroke College, London.Nav Iq has over 30 years of experience in the field of education, having worked as a Principal at GEMS Education (USA), an Overseas Company of 30k Connection’s (India), as the CEO of GEMS Education (Pakistan), and as the Founding Principal at International School of Creative Science (India). Nav Iq has also worked as a Teacher in the UK and Dubai, and has experience in curriculum design, research, teaching, and leadership development.

🎓 Education

Nav Iq has held a number of positions within the public and private sectors. Starting off with a role as a primary education facilitator at UCL Institute of Education, she then took up executive leadership at University of Wolverhampton, where she was in charge of the teaching and research programmes. She then completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) at the University of Nottingham, where she focused on project management and regeneration. Following her education, Nav Iq took up a position as a primary education teacher at National College of Teaching and Leadership- GOV.UK in January 2014. There, she continued to lead the teaching and research programmes and also worked with the pupils themselves. In January 2016, she moved to University of Bradford as a senior lecturer in the department of project management and regeneration. There she broadened her Perspective and worked with educators from all over the UK, teaching them how to manage projects from start to finish. In January 2019, she completed her doctorate in psychotherapy and management at the University of Bradford. By completing her degree, Nav Iq has gained a deep understanding of the art of project management and regeneration. This has given her the ability to guide educators in becoming successful professionals in this field.

After studying at the universities of Leeds and Liverpool, Nav Iq worked his way up through the ranks of a major company, eventually becoming the CEO of GEMS Education. In this role, Nav Iq was responsible for the strategy, change management, management, and business planning of a company with over 30,000 employees. GEMS Education is a private school with a focus on creativity and education.Nav Iq is also a principal at GEMS Education. This position gives Nav Iq a great deal of experience in the business of education. Although he started the position in 2002, it was only in the year 2019 that he began working on the development of the company’s Curriculum Design. In this role, Nav Iq was responsible for the design and approval of the GEMS Education’s curriculum. This involves the development of the school’s curriculum, as well as the approval of the school’s syllabus by the British Council. Nav Iq’s work experience also includes experience in customer service and marketing. He started his career at 30kConnection’s, a website design and development company. In this position, he was responsible for creating and managing the company’s website. He then went on to work at Contact PR, a marketing company. In this position, he was responsible for creating and managing the company’s marketing campaigns.
