From November 2010 to September 2013 (2 years 11 months) San Francisco Bay AreaBroker/Developer @ Developer and Broker for Athwal Real Estate. Experience includes evaluating raw land for development potential. Entering into option contracts during land use and development due diligence and determining valuations based on pro forma and discounted cash flow valuation methods. Worked with surveyors/civil engineers to create and record parcel maps, lot line adjustments, etc. to create additional parcels in order to maximize land value. Met and strategized with planning department staff during pre-application process and for project assessment purposes. Also included a property management arm responsible for managing 100+ multifamily and single family dwelling units throughout the Central Valley. From May 2007 to August 2010 (3 years 4 months) Electrical Engineer @ Performed calculations to determine tunnel lighting specifications for rapid transit projects. Conducted on-site testing to assure equipment efficiency. Developed design specifications using computer-assisted drafting equipment. Collected data relating to power system interconnection to determine operating efficiency of electrical systems. From August 2006 to May 2007 (10 months)
