💼 Past Experience

Nathan Earl has significant experience in the field of nonprofit organization management. He has been aDirector of Strategic Initiatives at Ark of Freedom Alliance since August of 2017. At Ark of Freedom Alliance, Nathan is responsible for developing and executing the organization's strategic plan and overseeing its day-to-day operations. Previously, Nathan was the Chief Executive Officer at Ark of Freedom Alliance from August of 2017 until January of 2021. In this role, Nathan led the organization’s intense “development” phase, which included advocating for and implementing changes within the nonprofit sector that would help it become more effective and sustainable. Nathan also played a large role in the organization’s growth in 2018, when it created a Geriatric Care Management division. Prior to this, Nathan served as Marketing Manager at Covenant Senior Resources Geriatric Care Management.Nathan Earl has a background in human trafficking. He was certified as an expert on the issue by the National Domestic Violence Hotline in May of 2016. Nathan has also served as a consultant to two non-profit organizations that work in the field of trafficking. These organizations were the Brooklyn Coalition for Immigrant Justice and the National Organization for the Abolition of Slavery. Nathan worked with both organizations to develop plans to rescue trafficked minors from prostitution and to help them transitions into self-sufficient lives. Nathan also has degrees from Yale School of Public Health and the Cairo University School of Business.
