I’m the guy who’s always looking for a way to help, which makes my wife a very happy lady. Talking with people and discovering ways to make their lives better is one of my favorite things to do. I enjoy taking a business idea or process and building upon it until it’s market-ready. I’ve got a keen eye for business improvement, which lends well to my assessment skills.
Business engagements need ongoing communication in order to be successful. I never liked the feeling of not understanding where a project is at. That’s why I’m a huge advocate of building agile processes around every business interaction. I’m also very passionate about helping other organizations identify technical debt within their company processes.
I am also a huge advocate of startups. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs to help define their business goals to build a minimum valuable product and plan to bring to the market.
Client Education Manager @ Envōc is an award winning software and web development company in the heart of Baton Rouge. It is my goal to find technical pain in an organization, and develop a strategic method to remedy the situation to increase company revenue and productivity.
As the Client Education Manager I direct all of Envōc's sales. A major part of this includes working close with our marketing team to ensure that we are engaging our clients consistently.
I also act as an entrepreneurial coach for new startups that are trying to build their products in the mobile and web spaces. From May 2012 to Present (3 years 6 months) Baton Rouge, Louisiana AreaIT & Workstation Consultant @ I worked directly with several organizations in the legal market with any IT or troubleshooting needs. My duties included, workstation setup,VoIP phone setup, server support and malware removal. From January 2012 to May 2012 (5 months) Greater New Orleans AreaBusiness Specialist @ I worked in the retail space at Apple as a Business Specialist. My job entailed working with organizations of all size to determine what Apple products would best fit their technical needs.
Part of this roll included selling businesses Apple's Joint Venture Plan which gave ongoing support and discounts for companies.
