When I'm not working, I'm a dedicated husband and dad of three wonderful boys who keep me on my toes. I love spending time with my family, going hunting and camping, listening to bluegrass music, reading books and watching sports.

Current responsibilities and projects include executing the agency's content marketing program and working as a strategist on select client accounts. I developed and manage the editorial process for TKGenius.com, a multi-author content blog with 26 contributors and a publishing schedule of more than 30 new posts per month. Our team has not missed this publishing goal since I took over in October 2012. With our main goal of generating market awareness and growing the subscriber list, we've been able to increase unique visitor traffic by 259.45% as of February 28th, 2013.
In 2012, I developed and launched two new revenue generating services that include a facilitated strategic planning process that we branded as "BrainWorks", as well as the agency's first social media analytics product set. I also manage the agency’s email marketing program that includes lits generation, message strategy and marketing integration. During my time at Bob Evans, I was able to reallocate the digital marketing budget and reduce wasted marketing expenditures by more than $200,000, while reorganizing the digital marketing program to maximize investments and enhance marketing analytics capabilities.
I also served as Bob Evans social media community manager on Twitter and Facebook. By realigning the application tab architecture and implementing 'frictionless-sharing' and 'Like-gating' techniques, we were able to grow the Facebook fan base by more than 46,000 fans in less than 90 days while maintaining an average organic content object reach to over 8%.
I optimized and executed the BEMail program, helping to grow the marketing database to over 1 million subscribers which included process design, editorial calendar creation, managing agency partners, developing new subscriber acquisition programs and refining analytics and reporting. BEMail campaigns consistently produced lifts same-store-sales as a result of promotions.
I developed the online marketing strategy and managed execution of the launch of Bob Evans 'Family Night Tuesday' program. This campaign included a customized Facebook landing tab as a content hub where fans view a video, download loyalty cards and sign up for Birthday specials. The program was supported by Facebook advertising and retargeted display advertising and received no traditional media support.
The digital program resulted in more than 69,000 loyalty card downloads and generated an average sales lift of 69.45% for the Tuesday dinner daypart within the first month of the launch of the campaign. From August 2011 to January 2012 (6 months) Columbus, Ohio AreaContent Marketing & Social Media Strategy Consultant @ As an independent marketing and communications consultant, I worked with mid-sized & large companies to help develop sustainable programs that integrated all facets of online marketing, digital content and social media engagement with existing marketing programs. I was able to generate new business that valued more than $893,000 in booked revenue between July 2008 to April 2009 when I left to start my own independent strategy consultancy. During my time at Young Isaac before the acquisition, I implemented and administered the agency's first CRM system, as well as redesigned the prospecting process. In 2007 summer of 2007, I organized the company's 2nd annual annual user conference and branded it as Network2007. This included all event production and promotion as well as content creation, creative development and budget management.
