In her role, she works with clients to develop and deliver HR programs that meet their needs and ambitions. She has also been involved in a variety of projects within the company, from developing performance-based firing policies to administering employee benefits programs. Natasha Persad is also a keynote speaker and has covered a variety of topics in the HR industry. In May, 2016, she gave a presentation on diversity and inclusion at the Age drop-off event hosted by the Philadelphia branch of the American Civil Liberties Union. She was also a keynote speaker at the Human Resources Conference Americas in Las Vegas in October, 2015.

Natasha Persad has a B.S. in finance from St. John's University. She will have her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in October 2022. She has also currently been working as a finance associate at Ford Motors in Milwaukee,Wisconsin for the past two years.

Natasha is a highly ranked HR executive with more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is currently a CEO & Co-Founder at The HRXperts. In her most recent role as Director of Human Resources at Li & Fung USA from January 2004 to January 2006, she was responsible for leading the human resources function of the largest textile and apparel company in the world. Additionally, she was Manager, Human Resources at The Deal, LLC from January 2000 to January 04 and Prinicipal at Redline Business Solutions, Inc. from January 2000 to January 2004.Prior to her role at Li & Fung USA, Natasha was a manager at The HRXperts, where she led quality assurance and human resources function for a Fortune 500 company. She has also been a key speaker at industry events and has participate in many corporate communications programs.
