Natalie Davis was born in 1986 to Wellesley, Massachusetts couple. She has two sisters, Brandi and Haleigh. Natalie attended Wellesley School for her undergraduate education and then transferred to Marist College, where she studied Communication, Advertising and Tourism. After completing her undergraduate studies, Natalie transferred to the United States Naval Academy for her graduate education.After completing her graduate studies, Natalie decided to pursue a career in the advertising industry. She worked at Marist College from 2005 to 2009 and then at Semester at Sea from 2010 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, she worked at the Associated Press in New York City. From 2013 to 2017, she worked at The Rachel Maddow Show as a contributor.Since her retirement from her job at The Rachel Maddow Show, Natalie has been involved in a number of organizations including the National Women’s Law Center and theagher Foundation. She has also served as a judge in a number of civil and family courts and has been a vocal advocate for female lawyers. These organizations have Contributed to her preparedness for the judiciary. Born and raised in the New Haven area, Natalie Davis has always been interested in the ability to make a positive impact on people. She started degreeing in marketing with a concentration in strategic marketing and social media at Sacred Heart University in early 2002. After a year of thesis writing and one year of research, she landed her first real client as an administrative assistant for a small business. Davis soon began to realize that she had a passion for the field and wanted to do more.In 2003, she transferred to Sacred Heart to complete her B.S. in marketing. Upon completion of her degree, Natalie applied to work for a top-tier marketing firm and was immediately accepted. She threw herself into her work and learned a great deal about the industry and her skills as a marketing professional. Eventually, she was hired as a Director of Talent for a major company in New Haven.This was a difficult experience for Natalie because it was her first big company and she was doing new and radical things. Despite this challenge, she was able to survive and eventually rose to the Vice President of Talent position at IMPACT. She is responsible for developing a workplace where people love and ensuring that the agency finds, hires, and onboards the right talent. She also helps to develop people management systems that enable the agency to find, hire, onboard, and retain the right talent. Finally, she worked as a Process Development Manager at IMPACT from April 2013 to December 2014 (1 year 9 months), in Wallingford, CT.Her most recent project was as the Analyst for Inbound Marketing at IMPACT Branding & Design LLC from November 2011 to October 2012.
