PHD candidate in Economic Sociology. @ Having experience in projects team leading, strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills, I was always interested in understanding what motivates people to behave in a certain way; how that behavior can be regulated to achieve team goals or goals of an organization. I found that sociology is a science that studies and explains human behavior. My decision to do PhD in Sociology was based on the fact that I wanted to learn and understand how effectively communicate and negotiate tasks and goals with people whom I deal with. Knowledge I gained while doing PhD in Sociology helped my strategic thinking and improved human resource management skills.
