Moray is a Director at Redstone Consultants where he assists some of the world´s most successful businesses. He has been working with knowledge businesses, and particularly law firms, since 1997 with particular experience across Africa, Europe, India and Latin America. His clients include the leading global and independent firms. He is a member of the Advisory Board at LawWithoutWalls and an active member of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee, where he leads the law firm strategy group. Since 2008, Moray has been a member of the MBA faculty at IE Business School, which was ranked by the Financial Times as Europe´s top business school in 2012 and 2013. In 2010 he launched their global program for Corporate Counsel and law firm leaders - the Lawyers´ Management Program (LMP) – which he co-directs. In 2005, he co-founded Iberian Legal Group the publishing and research network for lawyers across the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking world – now ten years old and still growing. A former lawyer with an MBA in legal services, Moray is also a qualified mediator and accredited business coach. He is a past member of the Circle of Experts for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Report.
