Manage paid search and digital programs across the Pediatric business, including targeted bilingual Hispanic programs. From August 2015 to Present (5 months) Assistant Brand Manager - Clean & Clear @ Supported the brand team for Clean & Clear, the #1 teen skincare brand in North America, in my third and final rotation of J&J's Marketing Leadership Development Program. Led cross-agency collaboration with external vendors,including Vevo, Spotify, Buzzfeed, & MTV, to create partner-produced, co-branded content delivering upon reach & relevancy metrics. Autonomously owned recruitment marketing initiatives with in-school education & sampling programs and sports events integrations, increasing reach & effectiveness among teen audience vs. prior year. Created a new reporting template for ongoing analysis that was adopted by several other marketing teams.
