Born and raised in Kuwait, Mohamed Ali obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Kuwait University in 2003. He then completed his post graduate studies in Business Administration from the University of Warwick, UK, where he received his Master’s degree in Administration in 2006. After completing his studies, he worked as a bartender for two years before getting a job as a financial customer consultant at a small bank in Kuwait.He then moved to London, England, working as a customer consultant at a customer service center. He then worked as an AVP at a company that provided technology services to banks. Then, he became a central counter and service manager at a bank in Kuwait. He then took a position as a cash and operations officer at a bank in London.He arrived in Qatar in 2013 to work as a Teller at a bank. He then transferred to Mashreq Bank in Qatar as a Head of Digital Banking Projects in May 2016. In April 2019, he became a central Counter and Service Manager at Mashreq Bank.Mohamed Ali is a highly skilledanguages speaker with Farsi, English and Arabic. He is also proficient in Bahasa Melayu and is fluent in English and Farsi. He is familiar with banking and financial products and procedures.
