Successfully led the development and implementation of a new ‘Global Annual Compensation Review Process’ for 89 countries to time and budget
- Project Manager for a Skillsoft/SumTotal SaaS single global compensation implementation across 89 countries inclusive of design, development, configuration, testing, implementation and go-live.
- Led a team of design and delivery consultants (20-40 people at different stages) and 3rd party vendor to develop the SaaS configuration, global process development, service and interaction model.
- Worked with the client to develop and manage the business requirements, documenting the compensation calculation requirements, agreeing the sign-off process, developed global standardised process and service model.
- Implemented full service model (processes, ways of working, technology) with delivery teams based in Brazil, China, Poland and India that supported 89 countries across 25 languages.
