Mike and Claar Runyan have worked together since they were both students at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. They both graduated in2014 and quickly started their own company. Claar is currently the Owner/Senior Marketing Director, and Mike is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. They started Vision Leadership in May of 2016 and have since grown it into a successful business with over $100,000 in sales. They are incredibly passionate about their work and are always looking for new ways to improve their business. They are also highly committed to their community and have helped contribute to many different initiatives over the years. In their spare time, they love to cook, golf, and watch football.
