Mike Wignall began his career in 1989 in the engineering Departments of four major corporations - American Motors Corporation, General Motors Corporation, Mattel, and Reynolds Cornsilk - developing various engineering and product concepts. He then spent two years as the Senior Drawer and Lifter in an Inventory and Distribution Department at American Motors Corporation, where he developed and directed the company's numerous Inventory and Distribution systems. After two years as a Supply Chain Engineer at Mattel, he joined TISSINO, a leading Italian Manufacturer of Bicycles, where he was the Interim Managing Director, Supply Chain Director and Change Management Consultant from March 2008 to September 2018. He also served as the Group Supply Chain & Logistics Director at Marshalls Plc from January 2001 to January 2003 and as the Group Purchasing Director at Marshalls Plc from March 1999 to January 2001. From January 2005 to March 2008 he was the Head of Group Purchasing at Magnet Ltd, and from March 1995 to March 1999 he was the Chief Buyer at Massey-Ferguson. From January 1984 to January 1991 he was a senior Purchasing Manager at Automobiles Peugeot. From January 1979 to January 1984 he was a Supply Chain Engineer at Saint-Gobain.
