Work was based on demand and almost exclusively nights and weekends, during this time I was also a full time student at Bellevue Community College. From January 2003 to December 2003 (1 year) Redmond, WAUniversal Analyst - Enterprise Help Desk @ Boeing - via ComForce Desktop and server software support, network connectivity, hardware and operating systems, and user account management. IT Security related experience included, but was not limited to: Identifying potential malicious application or network activity and creating procedures for identification and removal, respond to and remove threat and escalate as necessary per defined Incident Response Plans (McAfee). Write scripts to automate functions to resolve issues with an OS, application, or to create tools to assist in troubleshooting. Desktop and server OS support and administration, including Active Directory. Compliance related responsibilities included required knowledge of DOD Information Security Program and Executive Order 12356 in relation to classified information, transmission, protection, etc. From January 2004 to April 2004 (4 months) Belleuve, WASecurity Engineer - IAM @ BECU Tukwila, WAIT Business Analyst @ Puget Sound Energy Contract position through Volt. The project task was to take an inventory of all PSE applications and identify potential issues and resolutions relative to business operations after such an upgrade.
