What led you to pursued a career in marketing?I first started working in marketing when I was hired as a Marketing Manager at Trilogy in 2000. At Trilogy, I worked on a number of projects that focused on improving the sales process and developing eCommerce solutions for the Automobile Industry. I then worked at Plante & Moran, LLP from 1998 to 2000, where I led several process, quality management and program management improvement projects. Finally, I became Regional President at Henkel North America in 2009 and Head of Industrial and Electronics at Henkel in Orange County, California in 2013. In my role at Henkel, I am responsible for developing and implementing a new Innovation ambition, strategy and KPI's. I am also a Senior Corporate Vice President at Henkel in Shanghai, China.

Mike Olosky's education has focused on Engineering and Mechanical Technologies. He graduated from Michigan Technological University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. After his graduation, Mike went on to attend Harvard where he received his AMP in 2013. Afterwards, he went on to work at Oakland University as a MS Mechanical Engineer from 1991 to 2006. In 2008, he transferred to Michigan State University and obtained his MBA in 2011. Mike is currently the General Manager for Covid Solutions, a company with over $1 billion in sales.
