Responsibilities Complete accountability for revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation for the four Playboy Brands, including media buying, negotiating affiliate deals and branding. Significant Achievements Refocusing the brand to target more appropriate demographics. Overhauling the promotions strategy to great effect, massively reducing bonus abuse. Achieving a month on month net revenue increase of 25% and achieving net revenue profitability for the first time in PlayboyGaming.com's two year history. This was done by significantly reducing costs and increasing top line revenue. From April 2007 to January 2008 (10 months) Brand Manager @ As well as running InterPoker (see below) I was also given responsibility for our European Casino Products consisting of 4 languages across a dozen countries. Responsibilities Complete accountability for revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation for our European Brands, including media buying, negotiating affiliate deals and branding. Managing a team of 8 (including the InterPoker team and Strategy team). Significant Achievements We achieved an increase in Gross Revenue of 60%, an increase in Net Revenue of 80%, and an increase in our customer base of 65% in the 11 months I was in charge. This is compared to an industry average of about 12% Net Revenue increase. Changed the InterCasino European Branding to bring it into line with the InterCasino brand as a whole. Increased the SEO activity as a response to more difficult marketing regulations on the continent. From November 2005 to September 2006 (11 months) Brand Manager @ InterPoker is the flagship company product. I oversaw the brand from 6 months before launch until I took on the Head of Strateg. Responsibilities Complete responsibility for product launch, revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation of the Poker product as well as providing direction for software development. Significant Achievements Having launched with vastly inferior software we managed to outgrow the market, with revenue growth from $1,000 per day after launch to over $100,000 per diem 3 years later. From July 2002 to September 2006 (4 years 3 months) Webmaster, Database Manager, Tech Support @ I initially joined Ads dot com as the webmaster, however quickly found that my skill sets could be useful to the company in other technical areas. Responsibilities Updating the InterCasino website Creating, maintaining and analysing the first marketing database Providing network and technical support for the company. Significant Achievements Creating the first Ads dot com Reporting System (ADRES) enabled the company to start analysing data on customer activity in ways that had never been attempted before. This was a quantum leap in casino management for the company. From July 2000 to July 2002 (2 years 1 month) Web Developer @ I was responsible for managing the Planning Office filing as well as disseminating information throughout the college using the Intranet (MySQL, Perl, HTML, Javascript) From May 1999 to July 2000 (1 year 3 months) Data Analyst @ DSS Responsible for auditing utility spend for all the DSS offices in the country. Process improvements resulted in a three week per month task being accomplised in 3 days.
