Reporting to the C-level and as part of the leadership team this is a player/coach role leading strategy and operations of the Talent Team (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Benefits). • Re-branded and restructured Recruiting and Human Resources the "Talent Team" to portray better engagement internally with the employee population and externally with talent in our space. Positioned the Talent Team to focus on internal consulting and service delivery not just efficiency of administration and compliance. • Developed a multi-pronged talent acquisition strategy to attract passive talent in our vertical. • Personally recruited for positions at all levels within the practices and corporate office. • Built and engaged a pipeline of talent in our vertical for current and future staffing needs. • Work with practice leaders on talent acquisition strategic planning and resource utilization. • Work with the internal marketing team to build an employment brand as an engaging, challenging and fun place to work with exciting projects and career paths. • Managed the selection and companywide rollout of a new ATS solution. • Perform as an HR Business Partner to C-level and practice leadership providing guidance and interruption on company policies, employee relations, engagement, performance, talent development, staffing and succession planning. • Redeveloped and deployed the bi-annual performance evaluation process and strategy including the standardization of bonus payouts. Use company wide performance evaluation data to identify talent and performance gaps within the practices, develop internal talent development plans and build a high performing culture.
