Carrying out commercial, legal and technical due diligences for specific projects, identifying and liaising with internal & external legal advisors,development partners, as well a managing and liaising with planning-related service providers, grid operators, electric utilities, communities and other involved stakeholders in Guam and Western Pacific. From March 2013 to March 2015 (2 years 1 month) GuamProject Manager @ Sustainable Energy Consultant/Electrical Technician for Solar Energy Projects in the Federated States of Micronesia. Overseeing the design phase of a large scale solar project with multiple solar farm sites and locations on numerous remote islands in the Chuuk lagoon providing electricity to these islands for the first time.
