Michelle Lampher is a political science graduate from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Los Angeles, CA, where she received her B.A. in 2006. After completing her studies at Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble, France, in 2009, she returned to the United States to work as a research associate at the Center for American Progress.Since her return to the United States in 2009, Michelle has focused her work on the development of policy Ready youth, a program that engages young adults aged 18 to 24 in the development of policy-focused thinking and action, through in-depth classroom and fieldwork experiences. As a result of her work with Ready youth, Michelle has witnessed first-hand how young adults can become participants in their own rights, democracy, and economy.Since her return to the United States in 2009, Michelle has focused her work on the development of policy Ready youth, a program that engages young adults aged 18 to 24 in the development of policy-focused thinking and action, through in-depth classroom and fieldwork experiences.

When starting a business, Michelle uses her skills to destroy an obstacle in her way. She has always been drawn to working with people and is passionate about developing strong relationships with her clients. Michelle understands that working with nonprofits is a team effort and is able to build strong partnerships with colleagues to help nonprofits reach their goals.Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends,cooking, playing the violin, and playing video games.
