This involved teaming with our brand and industry teams to drive a common client focused strategy. As part of this role, I was responsible for building relationships between IBM and core industry bodies, participating in leading industry events and launching our successful "infrastructure roadshows" for mid market clients. From April 1998 to January 2002 (3 years 10 months) Product Analyst @ Hypertec, at this time, were an Australian based company, providing clients with PC memory upgrades, storage and accessories. My role was to research all new PC releases and determine the memory type and configuration. This information was then represented in a way which could be clearly interpreted by our sellers for our clients. This role built my foundational skills in sales enablement and also set the beginning of my passion for building cross functional teams working together for a common purpose.
