From March 2007 to March 2009 (2 years 1 month) SMB Marketing Manager A/NZ @ As a Marketing Manager in IBM's Small and Medium Business, I held responsibility for the Industry (retail and wholesale) and Infrastructure Solutions (cross SMB) marketing strategies. This involved teaming with our brand and industry teams to drive a common client focused strategy. Stakeholder management, relationship management and problem resolution were core competencies developed in this role, coupled with a passion for helping our business partners form networks, locate experts and form communities to achieve business outcomes. From April 1998 to January 2002 (3 years 10 months) Product Analyst @ Hypertec, at this time, were an Australian based company, providing clients with PC memory upgrades, storage and accessories. My role was to research all new PC releases and determine the memory type and configuration. This information was then represented in a way which could be clearly interpreted by our sellers for our clients. This role built my foundational skills in sales enablement and also set the beginning of my passion for building cross functional teams working together for a common purpose.
