Michele Paige’s career spans over eighteen years with a results-oriented focus, maximizing marketing and new product launch initiatives, driving consumer empowerment and customer experience strategies.
As the Vice President of Product and Market Development for the Medco Medicare Prescription Plan ® (PDP), Ms. Paige had an expanded role to drive growth of the group and individual Medicare Prescription Plan business lines. In addition to Marketing leadership, her oversight spanned across market development and sales support,client service, plan administration, as well as product development/management to meet current and emerging market needs. Ms. Paige reported directly to the CFO/Senior Vice President of Medco PDP Solutions, and served as an extended leadership team member of the Group President. Ms. Paige had a continued informal reporting line to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
As the Vice President of Retiree Solutions Marketing, reporting directly to the Group President and Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Paige leveraged her expertise in CMS marketing guidelines and strategic marketing background to drive strategic planning and launch initiatives for the full Retiree Solutions portfolio, focused on helping Medco and Medco’s Health Plan clients’ grow and retain their Medicare businesses. Her oversight included B to B group solutions as well as individual D to C Marketing and patient engagement programs.
In 2005, Ms. Paige led the market launch of Medco's Medicare Part D plan marketing programs including: plan administration, Open Enrollment acquisition marketing, B to B sales readiness, Retail to Mail and Generics Programs –with a critical positioning and foundation on member advocacy to drive the empowerment needed by Medicare Part D consumers to enable value based and educated decisions.
