Supervise a staff of 41 with 6 direct reports (2 engineers and 4 supervisors) and oversight of 35 Maintenance Mechanics and Electrical Technicians. Overall responsibility for implementing and managing programs, policies, and guaranteeing a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring all federal and state requirements are met.• Strategic and tactical facility management via 24/7 Preventative Maintenance (PM) for work schedules and staffing personnel issues; Planned Corrective Maintenance (CMP) for facility HVAC, Facility Lighting, and sort equipment, Reactive Maintenance (REAC), and Building Service Requests(BSR) for Facility requests.• Control of facility P&L. With a Variable Gross Profit (VGP) minimum of 8%, averaging between 9% - 20%. Cost management includes yearly budget planning and forecasting, monthly financial projections, and monthly summary results report based on the CMMS system. • Develop and implement cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements • Hire and manage subcontractors for Federal Express by placing them under contract with ABM. Also interface with FedEx contract advisors• Oversee inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies. • Maintain safety program of the client, currently almost 300 days since last safety incident • Responsible for overall systems maintenance and management of camera scanning systems, automated conveyer systems, and automatic conveyor scale weigh checkers.
