"I have been a Corporate Catering Sales Manager at Sofitel Philadelphia since February of this year. As the General Manager at Kapow Events, I played a very important role in developing and executing the business plans for Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts. I am also responsible for maintaining and developing all the culinary functions of the company, from pilot projects to full-scale launches. In addition to my responsibilities as General Manager, I also work as Director of Business Development for EBE Events & Entertainment, where I help to oversee the company’s marketing efforts as well as develop new business opportunities.
