(Formerly Bratton Technologies) As the founding employee, I worked with the founders and law enforcement advisors to plan and design our products, brand, and company. I co-managed our agile development team and separately prototyped new features, web and cross-platform mobile apps with my own development team that evolved into product features and standalone products. • Designed and led development of BlueLine Connect, a web-based professional network for cops, developed with co-founder and New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton • Designed and co-managed agile development of communications apps for iOS and Android • Prototyped, designed and managed development of Grid Command, a web application that can track the location and send alerts to team members through the BlueLine Grid API • Prototyped GeoCast into a feature that enables location sharing to Grid Command • Designed all company and app branding and marketing materials • Designed all pitch and investor materials and led or participated in product demos and fundraising • Co-managed social media channels to drive audience growth • Developed support section, on-boarding materials From January 2014 to May 2015 (1 year 5 months) New YorkChief Experience Officer @ Bratton Technologies CXO for Bratton Technologies, a venture-backed startup co-founded by NYPD Police Commissioner William Bratton that built a web application professional network for Law Enforcement. Responsibilities included user experience design of our products, our marketing and branding. As the first employee, since the beginning I was very involved in defining product vision, feature development, marketing and fundraising. From April 2013 to December 2013 (9 months) New York, NYVP, Creative Director @ Horn Group, Inc.
