From 2002 to 2015 (13 years) Director of Marketing & Sales @ Director of marketing and sales, manufacturer for ski and wakeboard premium boats for recreational and competitive use, managed dealership network, marketing programming, athlete negotiations and manufacturing and training processes. From 2001 to 2002 (1 year) Director of Marketing & Sales @ Marketing Director - One of 5 Senior Directors at mid-size, all-season ski resort. Performed a complete overhaul of marketing and sales departments, with associated budgets and company image. Increased skier visits by 30% and posted record total revenue, as well as per-skier visit revenue via comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns, re-branding of resort and products, media buying, restructuring of retail pricing, programs, group sales, and cross-selling of profit centers.

Established and managed new internal departments, employee training and empowerment strategies From 1998 to 2001 (3 years) Director of Advertising @ Directed every aspect of advertising for all-season ski resort, including print, radio, television, outdoor and point-ofpurchase/ retail. Managed all phases of advertising, budget, ad agency review and relations, collateral production & printing for all resort promotional materials for both winter and summer activities. Formulated media buying schedule, placement and budget analysis for all advertising mediums. Managed all advertising promotions and partnership marketing efforts, database and direct mail marketing, cross-promotional marketing of profit centers as well as in-house graphics and sign making department and staff. From 1997 to 1998 (1 year) Marketing Production Manager @ Produced and directed television, print and radio advertising for owned ski resorts, both national and regional campaigns. Concept and execution of print media in both vertical and horizontal publications. Manager of in-house ad agency operations. Directed on-site television stations and associated operations including programming, budgeting, production and promotions. Rework of frequency marketing card program including acquisition strategy retention/renewal and print/direct mail/collateral associated with program. Manager of all snowboard marketing, including associated events,
