My leadership style is intuitive, discerning, positive, optimistic and thoughtful. In my toolkit of life, I have earned Economics and Business degrees and an MBA from Rockford University. I also have an active real estate license. I enjoy leading projects and people. I am a very hard worker. I am a decisive and resourceful leader and best when using my interpersonal skills. Trust me when I say I easily build, blend, maintain and retain relationships through exemplary service to others. I am creative and analytical. I subscribe to the Servant Leadership Model. I strive to be humble, kind and compassionate while listening to the perspectives of others. I am an active listener. I realize and understand my limits and surround myself with people I trust. These trusted advisors are my opposites. My network and team is tremendous and it is what has led me to my success. My strength is and always has been the fact that I care about people and work hard to achieve my goals and organization goals. I am single and I have pets; two dachshunds and two cats. It is important to me that my pets always feel loved and cared for as they continue to heal from their respective beginnings. They are all rescues; one of which, I foster failed! That said - Animals and Children are my constant pursuit when it comes to leveling the playing field and creating a better future for those who do not have a VOICE. I can and will be their voice and my advocacy will make a difference. When it comes to networking, I try to build friendships with everyone I encounter because I don't believe there are chance meetings. Good or bad, there is something to learn from everyone we meet if we listen and care. I am soft-spoken by nature but I am intense, driven and highly energetic! Why all the non-profit work? All my non-profit work is to build relationships in the community and serve as a good community steward. Giving back is important, especially when I have been blessed with so much!!
