Her focus has always been on business processes and utilizing Information Systems technology to increase business profitability. She also responsible for Supply Chain, SAP Business Warehouse application and Data Warehouse/Reporting.Scheppele was also a Manager, Finance and IT at Federated Department Stores (Carter Hawley Hale Stores) from August 1983 to December 1990 (7 years 5 months) in Yorba Linda, California. She worked in the retail conglomerate, operating such entities as Emporium-Capwell, Neiman Marcus and the Broadway Stores. She was also responsible for running Corporate office EDP finance and budgeting for capital investments.Scheppele is currently a CIO / Principal at CIO By Request, LLC from 2011 to August 2013 (2 years) in Houston, Texas Area. Cooper had manufacturing facilities in 23 countries as of 2011, and employed more than 25,000 people throughout the world. She was also responsible for a global team of 400+ IT professionals. Scheppele is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for designing and leading streamlined IT organization to achieve our short and long term business objectives and creating One Triumph culture. Scheppele is also responsible for running Ascend Performance Materials, a premium provider of high-quality chemicals, fibers and plastics as its enterprise CIO.
