Melissa Mongillo is a recent graduate of Derby High School with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from University of Connecticut in 2000. After graduating from college, she worked as a content specialist for Fordham University before starting her own business in 2006.Although Melissa has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career, hertionship with education has been her main focus. She believes that education should be a source of inspiration and support not just for students, but also for professionals like herself.“ Education is important not just for the students who attend school, but for the professionals who work in the industry,” Melissa explains. “Teach yourself and others what you know and be prepared for anything.”Melissa has successfully taught herself several different types of classes, such as classroom management, public speaking, and effective writing. She has also been a closet teacher since she first began learning.Although her views on education differ from those of many others, Melissa has always been motivated by the belief that everyone should have access to quality education. She believes that education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of how much money they have.“The sky is the limit,” Melissa says about her future goals. “I just want to help others achieve their dreams and dreams for themselves.”

Her experience with these skills allows her to develop and manage teams effectively, as well as understand and manage accounting and finance applications. In previous positions she has also had experience in HR, marketing, and accountancy.Since she turned professional, Melissa has worked extensively with staffing agencies, both in the United States and abroad. She is currently a Staffing and Recruiting Associate at Recruiting in Motion, where she oversees the hiring process and manages payroll. She has also worked with a number of other agencies, both in the United States and abroad, throughout her career.Melissa has an arduous problem-solving approach to her work. She is Fortunately, she is good at problem solving and has a good People- Skillset. She is also good at problem solving and communication, which allows her to work well with different teams. Melissa has a lot of experience in managing teams, and is comfortable managing a large staff. She has also been fortunate enough to develop a good relationship with her team.Melissa has a post-graduate degree in Clinical Behaviorist from the Kennedy Center in 2004.
