I wrote job descriptions, screen resumes, interview candidates, extend job offers, implement onboarding strategies, and keep accurate records of all candidates and new hires. Additionally, I also helped to implement HR training programs, and also kept track of the company's hiring process, which I then used to help attract new talent to the company.THIRD JOB: Career Service Advisor at Kaplan College from September 2009 to August 2011 (2 years) in North Hollywood, CA. at Kaplan, I was in charge of job development and assisting graduates with placement in their field of study. I worked with a lot of different clients, from students to salary professionals. Additionally, I also helped to create and manage the company's webisodes, and I alsoacted as a recruiter for all 50 locations and home office openings.FOURTH JOB: Recruiter at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery from February 2013 to July 2015 (2 years 6 months). at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery, I was in charge of recruiting for all 50 locations and home office openings. I spent a lot of time out on the street, trying to get candidates to come in for interviews. I also liaised with hiring managers to get the best possible candidates for the job.T fifth job was to help manage the company's HR Bulletins. This was a pretty new position for me, as I had never been involved in creating or administering company's internal HR policy. Nonetheless, I was able to do a good job, and I hope to continue doing so in the future.
