I joined AllianceBernstein in May 2014 as a Regional Consultant and rapidly assumed responsibility for all business development activities across all of our global regions. I was responsible for bringing in new assets to the firm, conducting research and review of market data, conducting business development, and educating clients on our findings. Additionally, I was responsible for developing relationships with my clients, CIO, Portfolio Manager, or other point of contact to help them to better serve their clients by offering our independent research and portfolio strategy. I frequently polled my team to see what changes or additions would be needed in order to continue growing our business in the face of changing customer demands and market conditions.I am extremely excited to have been chosen to be part of the SM Capital team and continue growing with this opportunity. 💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

I am a Vice President at Superior Mortgage and prior to that, I was the Head of Business Development at a Commercial and Residential lending company. At Superior Mortgage, I developed and management of strategic real estate projects within the New York metropolitan area. I is also responsible for investor relations and providing real estate research and recommendations to my clients. I act as a conduit for communication and liaisons with local, national and foreign news organizations. Additionally, I am involved in contract negotiations and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. I am also a member of the board of directors for ARCREF, a not-for-profit research and development firm.
