In essence, the goal of the company was to grow and expand as quickly as possible. I lead the pre-sales charge for the company, firstly in Ireland and the UK, then Europe and towards the end, I relocated to the US. Our ‘tipping-point’ win was Nestle globally- this got us the attention of the analysts and the market, and ultimately the Informatica acquisition. For Nestle, I designed the training and delivered it in Switzerland, Sao Paulo and Sydney. From November 2002 to January 2006 (3 years 3 months) Project Manager @ I project managed the successful delivery of data warehouse and other large-scale systems to Norkom’s clients.
