He has over 14 years experience in management consulting and has developed a vast knowledge in different industry sectors. In his work experiences, Matthew Richter has consistently brought value and innovation to his clients. In his roles as President and Co-OrGANIZER of The Learning Development Accelerator both at The Thiagi Group and The Learning Development Accelerator, Matthew Richter has been a driving force for change and contributed to the success of both organizations. As a result of his work experiences, Matthew Richter has a Depth of Understanding that is unique in management consulting circles. He efficiently understands the needs of his clients and his own professional development as a result. This has always been an important aspect of Matt's success as a leader and organizer.

After practicing law for several years, Richter decided to enter the private legal field. He later joined the University of Michigan School of Law as an attorney. After makingiyah in 2019, Richter became an Attorney at Law.

Matthew Richter'sprime experience came from his work at The Thiagi Group. As President at The Thiagi Group, Richter led a team of consultants that helps companies and institutions launch their own learning programs. He also played a role in developing the Manhattan Institute's "5 Eyes" Initiative, which partnered with five leading global education organizations to create a transmission standard for higher education. This experience gave Richter a deep understanding of how to build, manage, and innovate a successful learning program.In addition to his work at The Thiagi Group, Richter has also been involved in the development of several leadership-focused organizations. He was the co-founder and co-organizer at The Learning Development Accelerator, a non-profit organization that provides access to affordable access to quality learning programs for low- and moderate-income families. Additionally, Richter has been a trustee at the New York Citybased Open Society Foundations and a Fellow at the London-based Business Schools Advisory Council.Outside of his work as a consultant and leader, Richter enjoys spending his time golfing, reading, and cooking. He is currently a professional golfer and also enjoys hosting cookouts and picnics.
