MSL-P - Principal Investigator - Aberdeen Proving GroundMatthew Ladd is a Principal Investigator with the Maryland State Laboratory of Public Health at Aberdeen Proving Ground. There he is responsible for the development and exploitation of state-of-the-art epidemiological and antituberculosis technology and for developing and managing Maryland’s vector control program.MSL-P has 5 years of experience as an MSL-P Principal Investigator. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Senior Researcher at the University of British Columbia, where he was a post-doctoral Scientist in the lab of Dr. Yi-Fu Woolhandler. There, Matthew worked on a variety of projects in the areas of respiratory infections, foodborne diseases, and medical microbiology.Matthew has a B.S. from the University of British Columbia in Biochemistry and a M.S. from the University of Maryland in Public Health and Epidemiology.
